How do I create a Telltap account?

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. Verify your email and you're all set!

How do I reset my password?

Click "Log In" and then "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

How do I update my profile?

Log in to your account and click on your profile icon. Select "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, location, and other information.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can permanently delete your account in the account settings. Please note that this action cannot be undone and all your reviews will be removed.

Reviews & Ratings

How do I write a review?

Find the business page you want to review. Click "Write a Review" and share your experience. Rate the business from 1 to 5 stars, add a title, write your review, and optionally upload photos. Your review will be posted after approval.

Can I edit my review after posting?

Yes! Go to your profile, find the review you want to edit, and click "Edit Review". Your changes will be saved after approval.

How long does it take for my review to be published?

Most reviews are published within a few hours. Some reviews may take longer if they need additional review by our moderation team to ensure they meet our content guidelines.

Can I post multiple reviews for the same business?

You can update your existing review with new experiences. If you visit the business multiple times and want to add reviews, contact our support team for assistance.

How do I report a fake or inappropriate review?

Click the "Report" button below any review. Select the reason for your report and provide details. Our team will investigate and take action if the review violates our guidelines.

Searching & Discovering

How do I search for a business?

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by business name, category, or service. You can also browse by category on our homepage.

How do I filter search results?

After searching, use the filters on the left side to narrow results by rating, distance, hours, price, and more.

How do I see businesses near me?

Make sure location services are enabled in your browser or app. You can then search for a category or use our "Near Me" feature to see nearby businesses.

Can I save my favorite businesses?

Yes! Click the heart icon on any business page to add it to your favorites. Access your saved businesses from your profile anytime.

Business Owners

How do I claim my business?

Search for your business on Telltap and click "Claim this Business". Follow the verification process to confirm ownership. Once verified, you can manage your business page.

How do I respond to reviews?

Once you've claimed your business, you can respond to reviews directly from your business dashboard. Click "Reply" on any review to respond to customers.

What can I do if a review is false or inappropriate?

You can flag the review from your business dashboard. Provide details about why the review violates our guidelines. Our team will review and take appropriate action.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Make sure your device has the latest OS updates. If problems persist, contact our support team with details about your device and the issue.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Clear your browser cache and cookies. If you still can't log in, contact our support team for assistance.

Why can't I upload photos to my review?

Check that your file size is less than 10MB and in a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF). Try a different image or clear your browser cache and try again.
